Bill Rich is the President of NorthStar Capital and has over thirty years of experience managing the accounts of major corporations, leading institutions, or wealthy individuals. Bill started NorthStar in 1995 to bring to individual investors the kind of investment services generally offered only to large institutions. Bill conducts investment research and manages investment portfolios for clients.

During his career at State Street Research & Management Company, Bill served as President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Director of Research, and Investment Analyst. He has often been called upon for his industry expertise, having participated in numerous Industry Roundtable Discussions conducted by The Wall Street Transcript in addition to being listed in the "Best of the Buy Side" by Institutional Investor magazine.

Bill is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
